Exchanges and returns are possible

Within 7 days from the date of notification of the contents of the contract. However, if the supply of goods is delayed from the time the written notice was received, within 7 days from the date of supply of goods.

If the contents of the goods and services supplied are different from the contents of the display or advertisement or the contents of the contract are performed differently, within 3 months from the date of supply of the goods, etc., from the day when the fact was known or could have been known & within 30 days

If exchange or return is not possible

If the goods are lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the user (however, if the packaging, etc. is damaged to check the contents of the goods, etc., the subscription can be withdrawn)
If the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption
If the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
If the packaging of goods that can be reproduced is damaged
In the event that irreparable damage is expected to the seller when the subscription is withdrawn, such as goods produced to individual orders, and the consumer's prior consent is obtained
If the provision of digital content has begun, (however, in the case of a contract consisting of indivisible services or indivisible digital content, the subscription may be withdrawn for the portion for which provision has not been commenced.)
